From the design concept to the 1:1 faithful event implementation.

“Braskem corporate identity merges with Oktoberfest design”

We were pleased to take on this appealing task and, in a short time and in line with Braskem’s corporate identity, we developed an expansive, authentic design and event concept for the ballroom in the Düsseldorf Trade Fair and Congress Center. Using elaborate idea sketches, mood boards, graphics and 3D visualizations, a room-in-room concept for a typical Oktoberfest tent was created. A perfect vision that was prepared and virtually staged by us, down to the details of the furniture, table decorations and food.

Event organization internationally coordinated down to the last detail.

After the successful initial presentation and approval of the design concept, the detailed event and process planning took place in close cooperation and coordination with our contacts from Braskem in Brazil, Belgium and Germany, as well as Iramaia in Düsseldorf. This included amongst others the accreditation and guest management, the catering concept, the entertainment program, the furnishing and decoration, as well as table and flower arrangements, right down to the menu cards.
 Everything in the look and feel of a traditional Oktoberfest, but according to the rules and procedure of a gala dinner followed by a party.

Bavarian originals meet South American temperament.

Absolute highlights of this atmospheric, exuberant evening were the performances of the original artists from Bavaria and their joint appearances with the guests from the audience, on stage and in the hall while tapping  the beer barrel, blowing the alphorn or “Schuhplatteln”. It was a South American spirited evening, much to everyone’s delight, especially those responsible from the international management of Braskem.

We are very happy that we were able to implement this project for our Brazilian friends and are grateful for the many positive experiences and reactions.
