“An evening dedicated to cultivated communication“

As always when DPDHL Group is the host, this evening was all about cultivated communication. Embedded in an atmospheric room and light setting designed by us, large-format projections of images, which showed alternating core statements of the company’s orientation, always gave an occasion for a lively exchange of ideas and opinions.

Furthermore, the event concept we developed together with the client envisaged adding additional impulses and experience areas to lend more weight to the basic concern of interaction and communication during this evening.

From the start to expierence

Through the invitation and guest management, we had already ensured that everyone was comprehensively informed at an early stage. As always, the smooth accreditation on site and the personal welcome by the Group’s representatives meant that all the guests felt at ease right from the start, and entered the evening full of expectations.

From station to station: pure joy and indulgence.

Thus, at the various stations, those present were offered numerous opportunities to engage in conversation with one another. Regardless of whether playfully at the Carrera racetrack, creatively at the postcard motif shoot, or pleasurably at the well-stocked specialty bar with extraordinary drinks – everything was arranged perfectly for an eventful evening.

And since relaxed conversations at any good party usually starts in the kitchen, we established three live cooking stations in addition to the usual buffets. Here our show chefs fulfilled the special culinary wishes of the guests. Whether spicy, sweet or sour – always enjoyable and worth talking about.

“DJ plus” – musically moved through the evening.

Surprising, varied and contemporary, we were able to give the evening further impulses through the music. With our “DJ plus concept” we combined danceable beats and sounds from the DJ with fresh live performances from vocals, saxophone, violin and percussion. Our artists were always themselve guests among guests, whether on stage or in the stalls. Thus, it was possible to respond to the mood and the guest structure at any time.

As in the past two years, it was a great pleasure for us to design and organize this event for our client. We are now looking forward to seeing each other again in 2020 at the time-honored Postbahnhof in Berlin and are already starting our preparations.
