A well-honed team, efficient cooperation, and trust between employees – nowadays, all of these things are essential success factors. Our client Saturn was of the same opinion, and asked us to develop – in the context of opening new outlets – appropriate team-building measures that would give employees and managers the chance to get to know each other better, build trust and strengthen cooperation.

“Off they went”

Each of our “Saturnians” could take part in two of the various incentives we developed, and then off they went: Whether in an orienteering race, while putting their map reading skills to the test, riding quads or taking a sailing trip, employees learned how to work together and build real team spirit in the process.
